I set my alarm for 6:10 a.m. and when it went off, I hit snooze, rolled over and dreamed.

What time is it?
Not time yet, I argued with myself.
Yes it is. The alarm went off.
No it didn't.
Yes it did--you hit snooze.
No I didn't--it's just a few minutes before six.
No, it's 6:15 or something.

The alarm went off...

See, now it's 6:10!
No no no...

And I got up and realized that the dream was right.
